Description

A creamy, cheesy, and spicy appetizer inspired by classic jalapeño poppers. Perfect for parties, tailgates, and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1–2 jalapeños, chopped (seeds removed for mild)
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Optional: chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Chop jalapeños and cook bacon.
3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings until smooth.
4. Fold in jalapeños, bacon, cheddar, and Monterey Jack.
5. Transfer to greased baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with extra bacon or green onions and serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
