Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 cup crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup feta cheese (crumbled or sliced)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
For the Hot Honey:

½ cup honey

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Coat in olive oil and breadcrumbs/cornflakes.

Bake for 18–22 minutes (or air fry for 12–15 minutes).
