Ingredients

4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced

1 cup blackberries

¾ cup blueberries

Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate

6 large fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

1–2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

Juice of ½ lime
Instructions

Slice the peaches and prep the berries and pomegranate seeds.

In a large bowl, combine all fruits.

In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice.

Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently.

Add fresh basil ribbons just before serving and lightly toss again.

Chill for 15 minutes (optional) and serve cold.
