Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Melt the Chocolate:
  4. Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, or use a double boiler.
  5. Assemble the Cups:
  6. Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into muffin liners or silicone molds.
  7. Add a dollop of peanut butter filling, then cover with more chocolate.
