Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).

Soak sweet potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry thoroughly.

In a bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional spices.

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each wedge.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end if needed.
