Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into halves or wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese (if using).
