Description

Crispy, golden potatoes tossed in a rich, garlicky butter sauce with herbs. Perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold, Russet, or Baby Potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into halves or wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
  5. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
