Description

A fun and colorful no-bake dessert featuring crunchy Fruity Pebbles taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties, kids, or holidays!


Ingredients

For the Taco Shells:

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • 2½ cups mini marshmallows

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • (Optional) ½ cup whipped topping

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas)

  • Extra Fruity Pebbles or sprinkles


Instructions

  • Melt butter & marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl for 1–2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

  • Add cereal and mix until evenly coated.

  • Shape into taco shells using a rolling pin or muffin tin. Let cool for 10–15 minutes.

  • Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

  • Fill the shells with cheesecake mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

 

  • Top it off with fruit, whipped cream, or sprinkles. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

  • Lightly grease hands and tools when shaping cereal shells to prevent sticking.

  • Let shells cool and firm before filling to avoid sogginess.

  • Filling can be made ahead and refrigerated.
