Ingredients

Scale

Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup finely chopped strawberries

  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and diced

  • 3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and diced

  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1½ teaspoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

Cinnamon Chips

  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch)

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ⅓ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit salsa: In a bowl, combine strawberries, orange, kiwi, pineapple, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix gently and refrigerate.

  2. Make cinnamon chips:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into wedges.

    • Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over wedges.

    • Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.

  3. Serve chilled fruit salsa with warm cinnamon chips.

Notes

  • For more flavor, try lime juice or honey in place of sugar.

  • Best served fresh, but chips can be made 2–3 days ahead.

  • Great with graham crackers, pita chips, or on yogurt parfaits.
