A sweet and refreshing twist on traditional salsa, this fruit salsa blends chopped fresh fruits with citrus and sugar, served with baked cinnamon tortilla chips. A perfect appetizer or healthy dessert for parties, brunches, or summer snacks.
Ingredients
Fruit Salsa

1 cup finely chopped strawberries

1 medium navel orange, peeled and diced

3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and diced

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1½ teaspoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Cinnamon Chips

10 flour tortillas (8-inch)

¼ cup melted butter

⅓ cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Prepare the fruit salsa: In a bowl, combine strawberries, orange, kiwi, pineapple, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix gently and refrigerate.

Make cinnamon chips:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into wedges.

Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over wedges.

Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.

Serve chilled fruit salsa with warm cinnamon chips.
Notes

For more flavor, try lime juice or honey in place of sugar.

Best served fresh, but chips can be made 2–3 days ahead.
