Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows (divided)
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup pastel M&Ms (+ extra for topping)
  • ¼ cup pastel sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add 4 cups of marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Combine with Cereal: Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  4. Add Mix-Ins: Let the mixture cool slightly (3-4 minutes), then stir in the remaining marshmallows, M&Ms, and sprinkles.
  5. Press and Cool: Gently press the mixture into the prepared pan without compacting it too firmly. Add extra M&Ms on top.
  6. Cut and Serve: Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
