Description
A rich, creamy chicken soup made in a Crock Pot with Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian herbs.
Ingredients
– Chicken (boneless, skinless)
– Parmesan cheese (grated)
– Chicken broth
– Heavy cream
– Garlic
– Onion
– Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
– Salt and pepper
– Optional: spinach, mushrooms, red chili flakes
Instructions
1. Place chicken, broth, garlic, onion, and Italian herbs in the Crock Pot.
2. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
3. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese during the last 30 minutes.
5. Adjust seasonings, garnish, and serve.
