2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (halved horizontally)

1 head of garlic (cloves peeled and smashed)

¼ cup dry white wine (optional)

Instructions

Prep the chicken: Slice chicken into cutlets and pat dry.

Dredge: Coat chicken in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Sear: Cook chicken in hot oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Remove.

Make sauce: Sauté garlic until fragrant. Deglaze with wine. Add broth and cream; simmer.

Finish: Stir in Parmesan until melted. Return chicken to pan and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
