Description

These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a festive blend of savory ground turkey, tart cranberries, and herbed stuffing. Perfect as a Thanksgiving appetizer or holiday side dish — flavorful, bite-sized, and easy to make ahead!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 2 cups stuffing mix or breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp dried sage

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray.

  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.

  • Fold in cranberries and beaten egg until evenly mixed.

  • Shape mixture into small balls (about 1½ inches) and place on the tray.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

 

  • Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

  • Substitute gluten-free breadcrumbs for a GF version.

  • Use dried cranberries for a sweeter flavor or fresh for tartness.

  • Can be air-fried at 375°F for 12–15 minutes for extra crispiness.
