| Chicken breasts, brie cheese, cranberry sauce or jam, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper. |
Instructions
| Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff with brie + cranberry. Season with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Sear quickly, then bake until cooked through. |
Notes
| Use chilled brie for easier slicing. You can swap cranberry with raspberry jam. Great served with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies. |
