Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy brie and sweet cranberry sauce, then baked until tender. Elegant yet easy for holidays or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts, brie cheese, cranberry sauce or jam, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper.

Instructions

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff with brie + cranberry. Season with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Sear quickly, then bake until cooked through.

Notes

Use chilled brie for easier slicing. You can swap cranberry with raspberry jam. Great served with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
