These homemade Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars are soft, chewy blondies loaded with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries, topped with a tangy cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of white chocolate. Perfect for the holidays or a sweet seasonal treat!
Ingredients
For the Bars:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

For the Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.

Stir in flour, ginger, and salt until just combined.

Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool completely before frosting.

For the frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Spread frosting evenly over cooled bars.
