Description

A creamy, protein-rich dip made with blended cottage cheese and classic ranch flavors. Perfect for veggies, wraps, and healthy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning blend (homemade or store-bought)

  • 12 tbsp fresh dill, parsley, or chives (finely chopped)

  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon or lime juice, splash of water or chicken broth, dash of hot sauce


Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

  • Add Greek yogurt (if using), ranch seasoning, and fresh herbs; blend again until combined.

  • Adjust consistency with liquid if needed.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning.

 

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use fresh herbs for brighter flavor.

  • For thicker dip, skip added liquids.
