Ingredients

Instructions
- Stir coconut cream to smooth any lumps.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk coconut cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat; lightly grease.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake; cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
