Ingredients

  • – 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • – 1 tsp baking soda
  • – 1 tsp baking powder
  • – 1 cup unsalted butter
  • – 2 cups granulated sugar
  • – 4 large eggs
  • – 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • – 1 cup sour cream
  • – ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • – ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients separately.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream.
  5. Layer batter in pan, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, top with remaining batter, swirl gently.
  6. Bake 45-50 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert.
