These chocolate strawberry frozen yogurt bites are a quick and healthy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a smooth chocolate shell. Perfect for warm weather, after-school snacks, or guilt-free sweet cravings!
Ingredients

1½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla.

Scoop 2-tbsp clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.

Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.

Dip frozen clusters into the chocolate mixture and place back on tray.

Freeze again for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is set.

Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
