Description

Buttery, flaky cheesy garlic butter rollups made with crescent dough and melty cheese. A quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar blend)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (optional))
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese (Italian seasoning, marinara sauce for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and brush each triangle with garlic butter.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and roll from wide end to tip.
  5. Place rollups seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with optional dipping sauce.
