- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar blend)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (optional))
- Optional: Parmesan cheese (Italian seasoning, marinara sauce for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Unroll crescent dough and brush each triangle with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and roll from wide end to tip.
- Place rollups seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with optional dipping sauce.
