Description

A fun and refreshing no-bake dessert that combines creamy cheesecake filling and fresh fruit, wrapped in soft tortillas and sliced into delicious pinwheels.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1/2 cup kiwi, diced

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup mango or grapes, chopped

  • (Optional) 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff

  • (Optional) Cinnamon-sugar for dusting

  • (Optional) Lemon zest, honey, or chocolate drizzle for garnish


Instructions

  • Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff if desired.

  • Chop fruit: Wash, dice, and blot dry your fruits.

  • Assemble: Spread filling over tortilla. Sprinkle fruit evenly.

  • Roll: Roll tightly into a log. Chill for 15–20 minutes.

 

  • Slice and serve: Cut into 1-inch pinwheels. Dust with cinnamon-sugar or drizzle with toppings as desired.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and dry fruit thoroughly to prevent soggy roll ups.
