Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado (diced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab (shredded)
  • 1 sheet nori (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp furikake or sesame seeds
  • Optional: pickled ginger (edamame, green onion)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  2. Prepare toppings: dice avocado and cucumber, shred crab, slice nori.
  3. Assemble bowl: place rice in a bowl, then layer crab, avocado, cucumber, and nori on top.
  4. Finish with toppings: drizzle sriracha mayo and soy sauce; sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds.
