A fresh and easy California Roll Sushi Bowl packed with creamy avocado, imitation crab, sushi rice, and bold toppings. All the flavors of sushi—without the rolling!
Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice (cooked)
- 1/2 avocado (diced)
- 1/2 cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup imitation crab (shredded)
- 1 sheet nori (sliced)
- 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp furikake or sesame seeds
- Optional: pickled ginger (edamame, green onion)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Prepare toppings: dice avocado and cucumber, shred crab, slice nori.
- Assemble bowl: place rice in a bowl, then layer crab, avocado, cucumber, and nori on top.
- Finish with toppings: drizzle sriracha mayo and soy sauce; sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
