Description

These brownie waffles are rich, fudgy, and perfectly crisp on the outside. Great for breakfast, brunch, or dessert—ready in under 15 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup water

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of espresso powder


Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker and grease it.

  • In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil until combined.

  • Fold in any optional add-ins.

  • Pour ~½ to ¾ cup of batter into the waffle iron.

  • Close and cook 3–5 minutes until edges are set and crispy.

 

  • Carefully remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy waffles, undercook by 30 seconds.

  • Let waffles rest 1 minute before removing to avoid breakage.
