Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3–4 Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).

Add eggs and vanilla, beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.

Gently fold in chopped Pop Tart pieces.

Scoop dough into 2 tbsp-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheets.

Optional: Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.

Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
