Description

Classic blueberry muffins that are moist, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 2 large eggs
– ½ cup melted butter or vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk or buttermilk
– 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (tossed in flour)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a muffin tin.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, butter, vanilla, and milk.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in flour-coated blueberries.
6. Divide batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a rack.

Notes

– Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking.
– For added flavor, use lemon zest or cinnamon.
– Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
