Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour for nut-free option)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- 6️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and set in the center.
