- 2 eggs

- Blue gel food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips (white or semi-sweet)
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Stir in blue food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Fold in chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Optionally, add candy eyes for a fun Cookie Monster look!
Notes
- For extra chewy cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
