Ingredients

3–4 firm pears (Bosc or Anjou), halved and cored

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Halve and core pears; place cut side up in a baking dish.

Drizzle each pear with honey and fill with feta and cranberries.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts if using.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until pears are fork-tender.
