Ingredients

  • – 3 large carrots (julienned or shredded)
  • – 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • – 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • – 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • – 1 tsp grated ginger
  • – 1 minced garlic clove
  • – 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • – 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • – Optional: red chili flakes (peanuts.)

Instructions

  1. 1️⃣ Peel and julienne carrots.
  2. 2️⃣ Whisk together dressing (rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic).
