A refreshing, protein-packed salad combining tuna, crisp apples, celery, and a light dressing. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a light dinner.

- 1 5 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 medium apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, diced)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped walnuts (cranberries, or red onion)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tuna, diced apple, celery, and any optional add-ins.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt (or mayo), mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and stir gently to combine.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired. Serve in wraps, lettuce cups, or with crackers.
