Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Peel (optional), core, and slice apples into ½-inch thick rings.
3. Soak apple slices in lemon water for 5 minutes.
4. Cut puff pastry into ½-inch strips.
5. Wrap each apple ring with puff pastry strips, tucking ends underneath.
