A no-bake, easy-to-make sweet treat featuring shredded coconut, whole almonds, and rich dark chocolate. These homemade bites taste just like Almond Joy — but fresher and more customizable.

- 2 cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 20 whole almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Shape 1 tbsp of mixture into an oval and press an almond into the center. Enclose it fully.
- Chill bites on parchment paper in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second intervals).
- Dip chilled bites in melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
