Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour until a dough forms; let cool.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pipe dough into 1–2 inch pieces.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar.
