Description

Light, crispy, cinnamon-sugar churro bites made in the air fryer for a healthier, mess-free treat in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour until a dough forms; let cool.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pipe dough into 1–2 inch pieces.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.

  • Chill dough slightly before piping for firmer shape.

  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
